Shanklin Hotel

I had a very relaxing stay at this Art Deco hotel. The staff were welcoming and consistently courteous. Loved airy and comfy room I was given. The food available for English breakfast was tasty. I had access to free parking, good pool. The location was stunning and brilliant, you can visit Methodist Church by walking. I didn't want to leave, so recommend this property.

The location was stunning for walking around Shanklin seafront. The restaurant was very pleasant for lunch and dinner, I tried excellent dishes.

Spacious hotel, fantastic amenities with a lovely seasonal indoor pool that we often had to ourselves and free Wi-Fi in public areas made our stay enjoyable while being conveniently located just 38 km from the nearest airport.

Our stay included a lovely sea view, but the mattress was hard.

The facilities were great, especially the pool, the spacious lounge area, and the amazing sea views. The bar staff were friendly and the drinks were fairly priced. Had a blast enjoying the evening entertainment with live performers.

The hotel's warm atmosphere and spacious dining area were good, making it a perfect retreat for us seniors, especially with easy access to the lovely sea views that reminded me of my younger days at the beach.

The room was spacious and bright, with large windows letting in natural light. Definitely enjoyed the comfy twin beds and the ensuite bathroom was a nice touch. Clean and well-decorated, but the TV setup was a bit quirky-it took some effort to get it working after channel changes. Great blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. A pretty solid room, even if it was semi-basement.

Loved the fine sea view and the relaxing pool. The location made sightseeing easy, and the entertainment kept evenings lively.

The room had a tv, hairdryer, shower, and electric kettle. Nice new carpet and good wardrobe space. The indoor swimming pool was a highlight, and the atmosphere was warm and cute. Breakfast included plenty of hot options and fresh pastries, allowing a cozy start to the day.

Great for solo travelers looking for comfort

The food was great and I had a great chat with Alex the waiter, he remembered my morning coffee preferences which was a nice touch. I spent some time unwinding in the heated swimming pool, it was just what I needed after a long day.

Wasn't exactly inexpensive but still within limits.

The sea view from my room was amazing, and the indoor pool was a good retreat. The staff were really good.
